Achievements are currently only available in the Xbox, PS4 and Steam versions of the game.

There are 31 Outer Wilds achievements. 17 of these are from the base game, Outer Wilds. The other 14 are from the DLC, Echoes of the Eye.

Reach the Eye of the universe in one loop.
NOTE: If you die at any point, you need to quit and start a new expedition again, this needs to be done in a single loop.
A faster way of obtaining this achievement is by directly heading for the Ash Twin Project without the use of the signalscope.

This requires landing the shot, which is more difficult than would be expected. You may need to fire some test shots at the artificial sun to get a feeling for the Coriolis force experienced within the Stranger. |

Escape your pursuers by jumping to your "death" instead of dodging past them.
Fatal heights from which to jump onto hard surfaces are seldom found in the Secret World; this refers to jumping into water while a pursuer is chasing you. You must activate the indoor bridge in Endless Canyon, and then fall into the water left of its torch. |

- Deep Impact may be a reference to the science fiction movie Deep Impact.
- Deep Impact may be a reference to a NASA spacecraft.
- From the Hearth to the Moon is a reference to the book by Jules Verne, titled From the Earth to the Moon.
- It Belongs in a Museum is a reference to Indiana Jones, who says this line about the Cross of Coronado.
- Pchooooooo! is likely a reference to an onomatopoeia frequently used in the webcomic Homestuck.
- Around The World in 90 Seconds is a reference to the book and movie Around The World in 80 Days.
- The Silenced Cartographer likely is a reference to The Silent Cartographer, a stage in Halo: Combat Evolved.
- The Grate Filter is a reference to the great filter, a theory about why no alien species are currently known.
- Celsius 232.78 is a reference to the book Fahrenheit 451, a book about a man who burns books, hence the achievement requiring you to burn slide reels.
- Flat Hearther is a pun of "flat earther" with Hearthians. It references the silly conspiracy theory that the earth is actually flat.
- Ghosts in the machine is likely a reference to a philisophical theory by Decartes in which mental and physical activity occur entirely seperate from each other. The achievement's image may be a reference to Pac-Man.
- 1/900 is a reference to koroks from Breath of the Wild, with there being 900 of them scattered around the map to find, hence the 1/900. "Yahaha! You found me!" is the dialogue they make whenever you find one accompanied with the noise "Yahaha".
- Fire Arrows is a reference to Ocarina of Time, where Link must shoot regular arrows into the sun to obtain fire arrows.
- You've Met A Terrible Fate is a reference to Majora's Mask, wherein the Happy Mask Salesman introduces himself with the line "You've met a terrible fate, haven't you?"
- Oof Ouch My Bones is a reference to a meme in which characters accidentally drink "bone hurting juice" and say Oof ouch my bones.
- Simulation Hypothesis references the philosophical theory of the same name, in which all of reality may be part of a simulation. The achievement icon is also a reference to the movie The Matrix.
- Harmonic Convergence is likely a reference to the name given to the world's first synchronized global peace meditation of which was also referenced in the television show Avatar: Legend of Korra.
