Ramie was a female Nomai who worked along with Pye in the High Energy Lab on Ember Twin. Pye noticed the arrival time and departure times at the White Hole Station showed Nomai arriving before departing. Ramie hypothesized this was time travel and not an error, they routed power from the Sunless City to prove so; Ramie was excited at the results. Applying additional energy to the white and black holes increased the time discrepancy, effectively creating time travel, this is dangerous to spacetime however.

The Southern Observatory asked the team to create a 22 minute effect and they both theorize a new energy source would be needed (the Sun Station) and that the device would have to be stored somewhere with enough space (Ash Twin).

Ramie installed the Nomai Masks inside of the Ash Twin Project remarking that they will only activate once the project secedes otherwise the experience would be hard to endure. Phlox says they will activate if the project succeeds or during failure so that they can be fixed. Ramie also sealed all of the entrances to the Ash Twin Project's shell. She believes the Sun could still be prompted to explode after the failure of the Sun Station.

Her remains are presumably in the High Energy Lab, no Nomai Statue in the building.
