The Woodsman is a member of the Hearthian space program. They tried to visit Dark Bramble but their ship was bitten by an angler fish. When asked if they require help, the woodsman doesn't seem in a hurry to return to civilization.
Dialogue[]
Initial Conversation[]
- “What the... an astronaut? How the hell did you get in here?”
- >That's my line!
- “Same as you did, I' wager, only with more crashing.”
- >Nice place you've got here.
- “Hey, you get stranded in space, you make the most of it.”
- >Who are you, mister?
- “What, are your eyes scrambled? I'm an astronaut! Or at least, I was.
After a while, I decided i'd take a look at Dark Bramble, up-close and personal-like.”
- “What, are your eyes scrambled? I'm an astronaut! Or at least, I was.
- >That's my line!
Followup Conversation[]
- “Those anglerfish are nasty devils. Took a giant bite out of my ship, and I've been here ever since.
Of course, they're not the biggest critters I've run into during my travels.”- >Please tell me you're joking.
- “Not to worry, they're basically harmless. Plenty of tentacles, that sort of thing.
But no teeth, and these days, that's all I ask for in a giant space creature.”- >What are you talking about?
- “The jellyfish! Massive jellyfish.
Out there on Giant's Deep. You can't miss 'em. Absolutely enormous.
If you haven't seen 'em yet, you're in for a good time.”
- “The jellyfish! Massive jellyfish.
- >Is this creature horrifying? I bet it's horryfying.
- “What? No!

- >Yeah I've seen bigger.
- “Oh, you've seen 'em, eh? Strange buggers, that's for sure.
Anyway, you're in space to explore, so get a move on.”- >I guess I should get going.
- “Watch out for those angler fish, now.”
- >Should... should I send help?
- “Eh, no hurry. If you've got a moment when you get back, you might let them know where I'm at.
